    Excellent Stay with Fantastic Entertainment

I recently enjoyed a delightful 2-night family trip. The highlights were the superb entertainment, especially the comedians, and the efficient service during meals. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. the lift situation could use improvement as it was quite slow and noisy.

    Ideal for a weekend getaway

The room was clean and spacious, which was a nice surprise. I really appreciated the friendly staff, always quick with a smile and eager to assist, especially when they helped sort out our entertainment plans!

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still reasonable.

    Great stay with kind staff!

Found this place easily and the parking was a plus! The staff were super friendly, and we enjoyed the live show on Sat. Had a shower issue, but they swapped our room fast, which was awesome. The food was tasty, especially the bar snacks. Just a bit noisy at times, but overall, a nice spot to relax.

Had a great trip with friends! We enjoyed visiting the local amusement park and the stunning beach. The staff were very friendly, and the buffet breakfasts were tasty. Just a heads up, the parking situation can get a bit tricky, so plan ahead for that.

We had trouble with dirty cups upon arrival, which was unsettling and should be improved.

    disorganized check-in
    long wait times

I enjoyed my stay at The Caledonian in Blackpool. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the attractions. The breakfast offered several options, and the food was tasty. My room was clean and had decent facilities. there were some issues during my visit. Check-in felt disorganized. I had to wait longer than expected for my room key. The noise from nearby rooms was quite bothersome, making it hard to relax. the bar staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours, leading to long wait times for drinks. Although the staff were polite, better management at the bar and dining areas could improve the experience significantly.
